1. Flushing: seamless steel pipe for firefighting should be flushed away before pickling, so that there is no mud, scale and other impurities in the heat exchanger, which can improve the pickling effect and reduce the acid consumption of pickling.

2. Pickling: the seamless steel pipe filled with acid for firefighting will be immersed in static for 2h, and then continuous dynamic cycle for 3-4h, during which the positive and negative cleaning will be carried out alternately every 0.5h. After pickling, if the acid pH value is greater than 2, the acid can be reused, otherwise it should be diluted, neutralized and drained of acid.

3. Alkaline washing: After the end of pickling, NaOH, Na3PO4 and softened water are used to prepare in a certain proportion, and alkaline washing is carried out by dynamic circulation method to achieve acid-base neutralization so that seamless steel pipes for fire fighting are no longer corroded.

4. Water washing: After alkali washing, rinse repeatedly with clean softened water for 0.5h to rinse the residue inside the seamless steel pipe for fire fighting.

5. Record: During the cleaning process, the time of each step should be strictly recorded to check the cleaning effect.
