Piling pipe is a steel pipe made of steel plate or strip steel after crimping and welding. Specifications φ219-φ2232 piling pipes with different wall thicknesses are implemented in accordance with SY/T5037-2000, GB/T9711.1-1997 standards and APISpec5L standards. Widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, heat, water supply and drainage, steam heating, penstock for hydropower stations, thermal power generation, water sources and other long-distance pipelines and piling, bridges, steel structures and other engineering fields.

Preparations for Piling Pipe Production

1) Must go through special training to understand the structure, principle, operation and maintenance methods of the operating pile driver, and hold an operating certificate before operating;

2) The operator must have a clear division of labor;

3) The power device, hoist, hydraulic device, electrical device, etc. of the pile driver should be operated according to their operating procedures;

4) Select a pile driver suitable for the project requirements to ensure construction safety;

5) If it needs to stop for a long time, the diesel hammer should be dropped and the pile driver should be in a safe state;

6) When the piling and intubation pipe encounters severe weather such as thunder, rain, snow, fog and wind above level 6, the operation should be stopped. When the wind force exceeds level 7 or there is a strong typhoon alarm, the pile driver should be parked in the windward direction, and the diesel hammer should be put down. And add a windproof cable. When necessary, the rack should be placed, and the pile driver must take lightning protection measures. In case of lightning, the personnel must stay away from the pile driver;

7) The assembly and disassembly of the pile driver should be operated in strict accordance with the procedures specified in the instruction manual.

The anti-corrosion method of piling pipe also starts from inhibiting one of the processes. For example, adding anti-corrosion coating on the outer wall of the pipeline can increase the circuit resistance and reduce the corrosion current; add a DC power supply to make the steel pipe cause a negative potential to the soil, form cathodic protection, and eliminate the cathode and anode.
