Date:2022-03-16View:666Tags:Square Tube

16MN square tube is a kind of hollow square section light heavy-walled steel pipe, also known as steel refrigeration bending section. It is made of Q235 hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip or coil as the base material, which is formed by cold bending and then high-frequency welding. In addition to the thickened wall thickness of the hot-rolled extra-thick-walled square tube, its corner size and edge straightness reach or even exceed the level of electric resistance welded cold-formed square tube; its uses include construction, machinery manufacturing, steel construction projects, shipbuilding , solar power bracket, steel structure engineering, electric power engineering, power plant, agricultural and chemical machinery, glass curtain wall, automobile chassis, airport, boiler construction, highway railing, housing construction, etc.

In the cutting of 16mn square tube, the phenomenon of uneven incision, deformation and cracking of the incision often occurs. How can we solve the problem of cutting the 16mn square tube? When computer flying saw cuts 16mn square pipe

1) The position of the cut should match the construction drawing and the situation on site. Use a meter ruler or other measuring tools to draw the determined position and mark the cut line.

2) When cutting, please use a vise and other 16mn square tube to fix the device, and then cut after it is firmly fixed.

3) For the place to be cut, please use a rag or a soft cloth to completely wipe the oil, debris or mud on the surface of the 16mn square tube.

4) Be sure to choose a 16mn square tube for cutting off

5) The cut surface of the 16mm square tube should be kept true circle, and the cutting line should be at right angles to the axis of the 16mm square tube. Excessive force is the reason for cutting the 16mn square tube into flat or oval, so the 16mn square tube should be cut with appropriate force

6) The iron filings and burrs on the cut surface should be completely removed with a file or appropriate tool to prevent the iron filings and burrs from scratching the rubber O-ring and other accessories when inserting the other parts of the joint.
